What is Required to claim for your pension ?
Application of additional amount arising out of Legal Notice No.165 of 30th September 2010.
- The member who qualifies to complete the application form and channel the same to TelPosta Pension Scheme for processing
- Copy of the Member’s National ID
Application of benefits on attaining the Schemes early retirement age fifty (50).
- Letter electing to commute the benefits on attaining the scheme’s early retirement age 50
- Copy of the Member’s National ID
- Commutation Form to be forwarded to the Member who duly completes the form choosing the preferred option for accessing the benefits and channels the same to TelPosta Pension Scheme for processing.
For pensioners who retired on or before 30th June 1999
Duly completed Claim for Dependants Pension Form forwarded to the former employer of the deceased who certifies it and channels the same to TelPosta Pension Scheme as per sponsor’s guidelines for processing of dependant pension.
Application of benefits by eligible dependants for a pensioner who dies whilst in receipt of a pension.

What is required to Claim your Provident Benefits ?
Application of additional amount arising out of Legal Notice 165 of 2010.
- The member who qualifies to complete the application form and channel the same to TelPosta Provident Fund for processing
- Copy of the Member’s National ID
Application of benefits on attaining the Schemes early retirement age fifty (50)
- Letter electing to commute the benefits on attaining the scheme’s early retirement age 50
- Copy of the Member’s National ID
- Commutation Form to be forwarded to the Member who duly completes the form and channels the same to TelPosta Pension Scheme for processing.
Application of benefits by eligible dependants for a member who dies whilst in deferred period. Letter from the beneficiary claiming the deceased member's benefits
- Letter from the chief introducing the deceased member’s beneficiaries i.e. Widow and children.
- Copy of Death Certificate or Death Notification
- Copy of beneficiaries National ID
- Commutation Form to be forwarded to the Member who duly completes the form and channels the same to TelPosta Pension Scheme for processing.
